OMT Award for Innovation in Computer Studies 11/05/00 Each year the OMT Society awards a prize for Innovation in Computer Studies. This award is highly valued by the school programming community, as it is an independent assessment of the quality of the games and applications we write. Since this award is highly valuable, it is always split between several entries. This year, GX Studios is proud to announce that we were awarded the most valuable portion of this prize for our latest title, Tank Zone II™, a stunning 3D multiplayer game with support for both LAN and Internet play. Finishing in close second was TerrainX, a game by Adam Szmigin in which you play as a commando, fighting your way through numerous enemy strongholds. |
